This keeps happening pretty regularly over the course of the day. I should note there's no actual connection issue for me with google drive, I can browse it fine while snagit can't. If I instead just quit the app entirely and start it up again, it connects to google drive fine and sees my screenshot folder. If I try deleting my google share and recreating it in snagit, it refuses to connect giving me a generic connection error. After maybe 4 or 5, attempting the next one will give me a popup that my folder in drive no longer exists.Īttempting to verify that in share settings for google drive brings up the dialog window that should have all my folders in my drive but instead is blank so it defaults to my drive. Over the course of a day I generate anywhere from a few to 50 or more screenshots. I updated to the latest version, 2021.4.3 Build 11096 - a couple days ago and since then it keeps disconnecting me from drive. I've been using the windows version of snagit for several years now and have never had any issues with the share to google drive feature.
